Massage and attention to the body is an important mechanism to healing. Carolina addresses the body as a whole in each massage session. Clients are asked to communicate ailments for focused attention. As the massage progresses, if additional modes for healing are intuited, Carolina will ask permission to introduce these to your session. These include cupping, sound therapy, smudging, vibrational therapy, castor oil packs and vaginal steam.
Massage techniques include trigger point therapy, myofacial release, lymphatic drainage, Swedish relaxation, focused pressure, injury/chronic pain management and stretching.
Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage can be included in this session.
